Elgin's Lodge at Leven No.91

Brother David McNeil was installed as Master and the office bearers installed into their respective offices at Elgin's Lodge at Leven No.91, on Saturday 09 December 2023.

Installing Masters on this occasion were Brother John Kirkaldy and Brother Stewart Kirkwood both Past Masters of Elgin's Lodge at Leven No.91.

Provincial Grand Lodge was represented by Brother Jim Finnie, Provincial Grand Chaplain.
