The annual Reigning Masters Degree held by the east Fife Lodges was held on Friday 13th February 2017 at Lodge St. Monan No.1348 when the reigning masters conferred a Master Mason Degree on Substitute Candidate Bro. Colin Davie PM Lodge Balgonie No.764.
