Lodge St. Serf No.327

Tuesday 1st March 2016 Lodge St. Serf No.327 welcomed the Right Worshipful Provincial Grand Master Bro. Rev Andrew Paterson and a Deputation from the Provincial Grand Lodge of Fife and Kinross into the Lodge on the evening of the Annual Visit on behalf of Grand Lodge.

The work presented to the Deputation was in the First Degree when Substitute Candidate Bro. Stewart Player a Past Master of Lodge St. Regulus No.77 was instructed in this Degree in a very able manner by the Right Worshipful Master Bro. Andrew Simpson and the Brethren who assisted.

After the conclusion of the Degree Work the Right Worshipful Provincial Grand Master presented Bro. Campbell Gilchrist Thomson the Diploma and Neck Jewel of Honourary Assistant Grand Secretary. Bro. Campbell Thomson was initiated into Lodge St. Serf No.327 in February 1966 and was Installed as the Lodge Secretary in December 1966 an office which he held for 35 years.

The business of Provincial Grand Lodge on this occasion was conducted by Worshipful Substitute Provincial Grand Master Bro. Craig Thompson.
