Provincial Grand Lodge of Kilwinning

The Provincial Grand Master Bro. Rev Andrew Paterson JP accompanied by Substitute Provincial Grand Masters Bro's. Bill Rocks and Grahame Ramsay attended the Statutory Communication of the Provincial Grand Lodge of Kilwinning on Tuesday 19th August 2014.

The Provincial Grand Master of the Provincial Grand Lodge of Kilwinning Bro. T. Wilson Aitken welcomed a deputation from the Sister Provincial Grand Lodges who on this occasion were headed by the Provincial Grand Master of the Provincial Grand Lodge of Glasgow Bro. Alistair Henderson. The deputation amounted to 57 Brethren including 12 Provincial Grand Masters.

At the conclusion of the business of the Provincial Grand Lodge the Provincial Grand Master of the Provincial Grand Lodge of Kilwinning Bro. T. Wilson Aitken delivered an interesting paper on his thoughts as to why Lodge Mother Kilwinning No.0 can justifiably claim to be the Mother Lodge of Scotland.
