Provincial Grand Lodge Helps Plant Field of Remembrance
Again this year Poppy Scotland has commissioned and planted a Field of Remembrance in Princes Street Gardens Edinburgh to commemorate those that have given the ultimate sacrifice for their country in all wars and conflicts that we have been part of since the First World War.
A team of volunteers from the Province of Fife and Kinross has again been busy helping to plant the crosses
"The Field of Remembrance will be officially opened on Monday 2nd November 2015. Below the Scott Monument on Princes Street, Edinburgh.
The Service will commence at 11am and the Scottish Craft will be represented by the Depute Grand Master Mason Bro Ramsay McGhee and the Grand Secretary Bro David Begg at the conclusion of the Service they will lay a wreath on our behalf.
It is always a very humbling occasion and one in which we can as a Craft be proud to be part of."
