Memorial Service
The Provincial Grand Lodge held a memorial service to remember those Brethren who have passed away during the two years of Covid-19 pandemic. Over that period the province of Fife and Kinross has lost some 160 Brethren, some of whom would have been remembered at the Statutory Communications had they been held.
Brother Stewart Quigley Provincial Grand Master thought it only fit to hold a service to remember all those who have served their Lodge, the Province and the Craft and have sadly passed away over the last two years.
The service was held at Bennochy Parish Church (St John’s), Elgin Street, Kirkcaldy, and the service, conducted by Provincial Grand Lodge, was in remembrance of all the brethren of the Province of Fife and Kinross who passed to the Grand Lodge Above from 01 January 2020 to March 2022.
Provincial Grand Master would like to express his grateful thanks to the members of Bennochy Parish Church for the use of the Church for the service. To Provincial Grand Piper Brother Bob Ross and to the Organist Brother Abercrombie of Lodge The Oswald of Dunnikier No.468 for their music. And to all the Brethren and their families who attended the service.
